Warranty Coverage
30-Day Extended WarrantyMost products sold by Taj Alfakhama are covered by a 30-day extended warranty, starting from the date of delivery.The warranty covers:Functional defects under normal usageFaults directly related to the supplied partThe warranty does not cover:Incorrect installationNormal wear and tearDamage caused by misuse, modification, or accidentsElectrical damage due to improper wiring, coding, or programmingCompatibility issues if vehicle details were not confirmed before purchase
New Aftermarket PartsSold as new aftermarket replacement partsCovered by the 30-day extended warrantyIntended as cost-effective alternatives to original manufacturer parts
Used / OEM-Style PartsSold as used or OEM-style replacement partsMay show normal signs of prior useCovered by the 30-day extended warranty, unless stated otherwise on the product page
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible ReturnsA return or exchange may be accepted if:The part is defectiveThe part does not function as intendedThe issue is reported within 30 days of delivery
Non-Eligible ReturnsReturns will not be accepted if:The part has been installed or modifiedDamage occurred after installationThe part was ordered incorrectly by the customerElectrical parts were installed or programmedOriginal packaging, labels, or seals are missing or damaged
Return ProcessTo request a return or warranty claim:1. Contact our team within 30 days of delivery2. Provide:Order numberClear photos or videos showing the issueVehicle details (model, year, engine)3. Our team will review the request and advise on the next stepsApproved returns must be sent back in their original condition.
Shipping & HandlingShipping and handling fees are non-refundableReturn shipping costs 40 AED (are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed)

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
If a return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Refunds apply only to the product value. Shipping, handling, and installation costs are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
– Installed or modified parts
– Electrical parts once installed
– Incorrect orders placed by the customer
– Damage caused after delivery
– Items returned without prior approvalFor inquiry-based or WhatsApp orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the agreed payment method.
