 Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure part compatibility before purchase. We strongly recommend confirming vehicle details (model, year, engine) with our team prior to ordering.

Taj Alfakhama is not responsible for incompatibility if vehicle details were not verified before purchase.

 Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation

 Warranty

Most products are covered by a 30-day extended warranty from the date of delivery, subject to the terms outlined in our Warranty & Returns Policy.

Warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation

Electrical damage due to improper wiring or programming

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse or modification

 Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Warranty & Returns Policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

 Installation Responsibility

Installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Taj Alfakhama is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation.
